What Is Kashmiri Tantra Massage?
Inspired by the philosophy of Kashmiri Shaivism, this meditative bodywork practice brings together touch, breath, awareness, sensuality and meditation.
Unlike conventional massage, the emphasis is not simply on techniques or physical relaxation. It is about cultivating a quality of presence in which both giving and receiving become deeply nourishing experiences.
Through conscious touch, we learn to slow down, quieten the mind and meet the body with acceptance, sensitivity and respect.

Your Facilitator: Swami Anahata
Swami Anahata has been exploring and sharing Tantra and meditation for more than two decades. Deeply influenced by Osho, his teaching combines Tantric philosophy with direct experiential exploration.
Through retreats and professional trainings across Europe and Asia, he creates spaces where people can explore their bodies, emotions, sexuality and relationships with greater awareness, acceptance and freedom.
His approach is simple: Tantra is not something to perform. It is an invitation to experience life with greater presence, openness and joy.
